I found the facilities very complete. The price seemed fair. The beds provided great COMFORT. Workers were very kind and helpful. I had all I needed .

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The apartment included good air conditioning in each room. The apartment was spacious with cleaning services three times a week. I noticed no noise from other apartments when the air conditioning was on.

I observed a supermarket located in the same building. This supermarket provided all necessities I required . A few restaurants next to the hotel looked appealing, though I did not visit them.

The reception staff showed friendliness and willingness to help. The head of housekeeping decorated our room beautifully, using towels to make swans. She assisted us with any household items we needed quickly.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, offering everything needed for an extended stay. I found the location very convenient. It's directly across from the MRT station. A supermarket located in the building complex made getting groceries easy.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms at times.

The hotel is near a blue-line subway station and Fort Canning Park. Short bus rides to downtown and Orchard Road are available. I found it within walking distance of the City Hall area, a definite plus.

There is a supermarket in the same building, which i found quite convenient. The pool looked clean. It provides a nice option for relaxation. Staff helped with grab order, helpful.

The apartment included a good refrigerator and a washing machine. A drying rack helped me to dry clothes as needed. The air conditioning temperature was customizable in each bedroom, a great bonus.

Fort Canning MRT station is a short walk away. Starbucks is just around the corner near a taxi rank. Buses run right outside on either River Valley Road or Clemenceau Avenue (very handy for travel!).

Mediocre Stay Due to Poor Service and Thin Walls

The service was quite poor from some of the male receptionists. I requested a wake-up call, but it never happened , and the receptionist did not seem to care. The walls were also surprisingly thin , and I could hear a lot of noise from neighbors and the nearby road. This noise affected the sleep quality negatively.
